Is there Cannabis Next door?
A Bideford man has been growing cannabis in his bedroom. Gardener Andrew Bannister was already subject of a suspended sentence for an identical offence when his home was raided by police and he was found with eight plants.He has a record of drug offences and was jailed after a judge at Exeter Crown Court activated the suspended sentence and added a month for the new offence.
