Lee Strobel’s
Testimony Survivor of the Deadly Flight
Soccer player Neto tells his story
The Case for Christ
LEE STROBEL
It was as an award-winning Chicago
Tribune reporter and an atheist that
Lee Strobel first began investigating
the greatest news of all: Jesus Christ.
An experienced journalist with a
Masters in Law from Yale University,
Strobel asked the difficult questions
you would like to see answered –
questions that may build or raze the
Christian faith. He rejects simplistic,
made-up
answers;
instead,
he
presents the testimony from dozens
of the world’s most celebrated
specialists on the subject of Christ.
Written in the style of a journalistic
investigation, The Case for Christ is
a thought-provoking, well-founded
reading.
S O U R C E : E D I TO R A V I DA ( B R A Z I L )
After losing all its fuel, the LaMia plane from flight 2933 crashed
on the dawn of November 29, 2016 as it approached the José
María Córdova International Airport. The plane carried players,
managers, staff and guest of Brazilian soccer club Chapecoen-
se. Only six survived: three players, two crew members, and a
journalist.
Nearly a year after the accident, one of the surviving players,
Neto, tells his experiences in this book. This is a true story of sur-
vival and faith that makes the reader reevaluate his/her priorities
and purpose in life.
