From our family to yours

What humbly began as a new business venture in June 2012 for Steve and Michele Witt has in the past 12 years become a beloved Custer establishment , serving up excellent food in a warm and family-friendly atmosphere .
From the get-go , the Mill has been a family affair . Steve and Michele ’ s daughter , Lacey , helped at the Mill , as did Steve ’ s brother and even nephews .
“ Working together with your family every day is a gift that most people never have the opportunity to experience ,” Steve said .
The first year of the family-owned and operated Pizza Mill , explained Steve ’ s son , Greg , was crazy busy . Being the new kid on the block , folks flocked to the restaurant to check it out — and with good reason . The food was great right off the bat , and has only continued to get better .
While mitigating the effects of a multitude of new restaurants , Greg was finding his footing at the Mill and developing consistently good food . In 2015 , Steve hired Aleah , now
