Arthur Guerra is a Technology Teacher at the Oakridge School in Sandwich, MA. He graduated from Lesley University with a Bachelor’s of Mathematics and Elementary Education. Soon after graduation, Arthur returned to his hometown of Sandwich and taught third grade for five years. During his time teaching third grade, Arthur recognized the potential of incorporating technology into his lessons. While there were some district technology resources available, there was very little professional development or school support around this. Being passionate about using technology to further student engagement and achievement, he enrolled in the BGSU Master’s Program of Classroom Technology to further his education on the subject.
When he’s not teaching, Arthur can be found reading, playing video games, or spending time with his friends, family, or two cats.
