Oscar Tluszcz The Big Monster Dear Dominique, As you may know through your close relationship with my mother, I was away for 3 days on a field trip with school, this field trip took place in Girona, Catalunya. We visited a farm, and performed numerous fun activities. Everything was going well until a monster scared us early at night. We were playing uno in a circle in the center of the room, Teo looked up, paused for a second and looked back down looking terrified. He stared at me right in the eyes, which he repeated to everyone around the circle. We all understood what was going on, we all knew what to expect, telepathically at the count of 3, we all looked up and started screaming and running. It was gigantic and terrifying. With 6 big long legs it stayed attached to the ceiling; from these, hung its huge body. To its fat and hairy body was attached its head, of which gloomy white eyes looked at all of us at the same time. We didn’t know what to do so we kept on running and screaming like men do. Teo had the clever idea of picking up a sandal that was laying on the ground and used it to kill the monster but this one had special powers. It had the ability to fly, magically made wings appear and flew all around the room. We as well picked up sandals and tried to terminate the beast before it would devour us one by one. The field trip had been going pretty well but this made the whole story flip sides, and our field trip the worst ever, scaring us for life. Finally, Teo managed to kill the horrible creature with his sandal, putting the terror to an end. This little mosquito or should I say monster was probably the worst part of the field trip. This shows you how fun the field trip truly was and how safe it was. Wish to hear back from you, Salutations, Oscar
