RWA consists of 7 working committee members, 36 college representatives and 12 sub committees. Gradually RWA is getting matured and ironing out the problems of society.

1.75/sq ft of maintenance charge is economical

People are very particular about their rights and eager to fight for the same.

Negatives

Tigaon Road in bad condition makes connectivity towards Delhi bad

Quality of construction is sub standard and Omaxe is dead ears for such problems raised by the residents. Plaster is falling off from the towers and parking area leaks throughout monsoons.

Only one club and one swimming pool for a society of 1800 flats is not right. Club is still not operations even after offering possession for all 2 BHK and 3 BHK towers.

No separate entry/area for EWS towers.

Many 3 BHK towers which were charged PLC for green area have schools in front of them instead of parks.

Maintenance company is under staffed and does not have problem solving attitude. Omaxe and the maintenance company supposedly sisters, pass on buck to each other whenever they are approached with any issues.

DG rates go upto 20/sq ft many a times which is probably the highest one has ever heard.

Daily help like maids, drivers etc charge almost double than the sectors across the canal.

Because of tough time given by Omaxe and maintenance to the residents, RWA is mostly engrossed with internal problems and does not have time to look at external issues like bad connectivity, roads, bridges, sewage besides Tigaon Road.
