Carnival Eats gives us an inside look at the mouth-watering and outrageous foods famously found at fairs and carnivals , along with the wacky characters who create them and the culinary thrillseekers who devour and delight in them . These include host and novice cook Noah Cappe , who will not only eat absolutely anything – but also try his hand at creating some of these incredible eats .
This series travels the length and breadth of North America and explores a wide range of unique culinary creations linked to fairgrounds . Calorie-loaded offerings include rattlesnake , frogs ’ legs , and okra , all deep-fried , and a decadent sundae of eight doughnuts topped with whipped cream , chocolate or caramel and , of course , a cherry !
