ESSENTIAL OILS
Essential oils can be used for a variety of reasons. The can be
used for their anti-inflammatory purposes, hormone balance,
relaxation, and detoxification- to name a few common uses.
You can use essential oils for aromatherapy, topically, or add
them to your bath or favorite soap recipe. Here are some of
my favorite oils to add and their effects.
