When working with physical and mental health issues,
it is helpful to have a collection of tools. In addition to
such interventions as talk therapy, medication, physical
exercise, a healthy diet, and a support network, many
people also find that Energy Therapy is beneficial.
There are several forms of Energy Therapy that can
be helpful. Examples of Energy Therapies include
acupuncture, meditation, yoga, Reiki, Eden Energy,
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Qi Gong, and
Healing Touch.
Healing Touch is a non-invasive modality that clears,
energizes and balances the human energy field. When
someone is injured, ill, or under stress, the natural flow of
energy becomes congested, which impacts the mind, body
and spirit. Deep pain

brain is calm, pain is lessened and depression and anxiety

cumulative as the therapy is experienced over time.
People who have experienced Healing Touch often
report deep relaxation, an increased sense of wellbeing, a
heightened spiritual connection, and a decrease in pain.
Healing Touch is available at no charge to the Bethlehem
community through the Healing Touch Ministry.
Donations to support the program are welcome.
