4th GRADE FAMILY SUNDAY SCHOOL ( MPLS ) April 30 & May 7 During Sunday School We will explore the Apostles ' Creed , talk about what we believe and learn how to confess our faith . The following Sunday , May 14 the 4th graders will lead the Apostles ' Creed in Worship .
FIRST COMMUNION CLASSES ( MPLS ) May 6 , 9:30 am - Noon Students with their parent / special adult will gather to learn about receiving Communion . Sign up online and pick up a " First Communion " folder at one of the Sunday School hospitality desks .

SPEAKER SERIES- IMMIGRATION STORIES ( MPLS ) Sunday , May 21 , 10:30 am We think and hear about immigration to our country on the news , in political statements and conversations around lunch tables . Come and hear a personal story from an immigrant and activist . Nora Montañez Patterson , a Minneapolis actor , mother , and wife who moved to New Jersey with her parents from Peru when she was 3 years old . She will share her immigration story and talk about her work in the local theater community .
