What question would you ask Jesus ?
Sometimes we have questions about Jesus . It is okay to ask our parents or teachers if we don ’ t understand something , and when we are confused , we can pray to Jesus for answers . Jesus promises to listen to us . We learn by asking questions . Here are some of our Sunday School children ’ s questions to Jesus with the 5th & 6th graders answers :
• How did you heal people ? With the power of God , I am God ’ s son .
• Even if you were not the son of God , would you still show the same love for people ? Yes .
• Did you ever think of getting married ? No , I was too busy .
• Why are there so many bugs in the Bible ? I love bugs !
• What is your favorite color ? I like all colors but I like red the best , it is the color of love .
• Is rain God sweating ? No , because if God ’ s sweat rained , it would rain all the time .
• How many friends do you have ? Billions ( everybody )
• Why do people in rocket ships never see heaven ? When you believe in heaven , you know it is there .
• What is your favorite ice cream ? Wine flavored with bread sprinkles
More questions that need answers !
• What will happen in the year 4010 ? Where is heaven ? How do you make people out of dust ?
• Why did you die on the cross ? Why not another shape , like a triangle ?
• Are the Saints your favorite team ? How do you listen to all our prayers at the same time ?
