What's Cooking? In recent months, there have been changes in kitchen protocol at both campuses. Bethlehem Lutheran Church Twin Cities is blessed to have kitchen coordinators, Chris Quinn and Rita Rivers, on staff. They are certified in kitchen safety and trained to help us follow state guidelines in food preparation and serving. They are committed to ensuring that events held at either campus meets Minnesota State Department of Health standards. Some changes are small—a few extra signatures when you reserve the kitchen for an event, for example—and some are larger—each event in the kitchens need a “Kitchen Event Manager” present. Each change ensures that Bethlehem Lutheran Church Twin Cities continues serving up delicious and quality food! If you have questions about our new policies, feel free to reach out to Chris at [email protected] or Rita at [email protected]. You can also contact Chris or Rita if you would like to volunteer to work in the kitchen and help ensure kitchen safety during Wednesday Church Night supper, funerals, and other one-time events.
