September series 4 weeks- $36 (9, 16, 23, 30)
October series-4 weeks- $36 (7, 14, 21, 28)
Tai Chi can relieve pain, increase range of motion and improve quality of
life. It can increase relaxation, balance and vitality, can improve mental and
physical capacity, and reduce pain. Tai Chi is recommended for arthritis and fall
prevention and can be done sitting or standing. Call the main office to register.
