journey we have kept the crown at

sapphire and conquered the nebula.
Best Speaker 2017 was all about
Prestige.
Having the prestige of organizing
an
Inter
University
Speech
Competition by a Gavel Club in Sri
Lanka for the first time, ‘authority’
was one of the key features behind
the theme of Best Speaker 2017.
Enhancing “communication” skills of
undergraduates and implementing
a “legacy” we created were the other
two main key features behind the
theme. “Conch Shell” is an ornament
as well as an instrument which
symbolizes authority, tradition and
communication. So we set “Conch
Shell” as the theme of Best Speaker
