On the Cover : Miami based artist , Hoxxoh ( Douglas Hoekzema ), painted his masterpiece at 505 Rogers Ave . in downtown Fort Smith during July 2021 . It was created as part of the nonprofit 64.6 Downtown ’ s free and accessible art project called the Unexpected in Fort Smith . The mural is composed of a signal modular mark of a “ U ” shape , and it is repeated thousands of times to create various patterns .
