Το πρωτότυπο concept του Sugar Angel, σε ένα στενάκι στην καρδιά της Θεσσαλονίκης, κέρδισε από την πρώτη στιγμή τις εντυπώσεις! Και η αγάπη του κόσμου είναι αυτή που το οδήγησε πριν από λίγους μήνες σε ένα ακόμη κατάστημα στη Θέρμη, ενώ συζητήσεις γίνονται για να « ταξιδέψει » και εκτός στενών συνόρων της πόλης... Πίσω από την επιτυχία του new age ζαχαροπλαστείου βρίσκονται η δημιουργός του, Αγγελική Μεϊμάρη, και οι συνεργάτες της! Και μπορεί αυτό που γοητεύει αρχικά να είναι ο κομψός χώρος( με αυστηρά non smoking pοlicy) με τα vintage στοιχεία και τον γαλλικό αέρα, όμως αυτό που κερδίζει τελικά είναι τα ολόφρεσκα cakes σε unique συνταγές βασισμένες σε premium πρώτες ύλες που βγαίνουν απευθείας από το εργαστήριο! Ήταν πριν από 4 χρόνια όταν το Sugar Angel σύστησε στη Θεσσαλονίκη τη δημοφιλή Red Velvet, όμως πλέον οι θαμώνες δεν μπορούν να αντισταθούν και σε μια juicy lila pause, σε μια τούρτα Copa Banana ή σε ένα λαχταριστό New York Cheesecake! The unique concept of Sugar Angel-located in a narrow little street in the heart of Thessaloniki- managed to steal the limelight since day one! It is the love of its loyal followers that led to the opening of one more store in Thermi few months ago, while there is also high chance that it will“ travel” outside the borders of the city … Behind the success of this new age pastry shop is none other than its creator, Aggeliki Meimari, and her colleagues! Undoubtedly, the elegant space( with a strict non smoking policy) characterized by vintage elements and a french atmosphere is what astounds at first sight, but what is really breathtaking in the end is the variety of fresh-baked cakes prepared with unique recipes based on premium ingredients of high quality! It was 4 years ago when Sugar Angel first introduced Thessaloniki to the famous Red Velvet and till this very day it continues to surprise its customers with preparations, such as the juicy lila pause, the Copa Banana torte or the delicious New York Cheesecake!
