Αυτό το ιδιαίτερο all day στέκι που στεγάζεται από τον Ιούνιο σε ένα διατηρητέο νεοκλασικό στην Ικτίνου είναι μια ιδέα τριών φίλων, της Ντίνας, του Βασίλη και του Χρήστου, γνωστοί από το Cocktail Bar. Το Cin Cin αρχικά εντυπωσιάζει με το colonial style του... Το φιστικί με το απαλό ροζ χρώμα στους τοίχους, τα φυτά, οι παπαγάλοι και τα ροζ φλαμίνγκο σε συνδυασμό με τους custom made βελούδινους καναπέδες, τα vintage φωτιστικά και τα ξύλινα πατώματα σε ταξιδεύουν σε κάποιο κουβανέζικο στέκι! Εκτός όμως από το τροπικό … design, ξεχωρίζει και για το bar του … το πρώτο χωρίς μπάρα, με τον bartender να δημιουργεί με γυρισμένη πλάτη … Τραπεζάκια υπάρχουν και έξω στον πεζόδρομο, όπως και στην υπέροχη αυλή του-από τις ελάχιστες downtownπου μας περιμένει από το πρωί για καλό καφέ, brunch, αλλά και ένα μενού ελληνικής κουζίνας με ένα μοντέρνο twist από τον chef Κώστα Τσιόγια, που προτείνει από πληθωρικές σαλάτες, λαχταριστά ριζότο μέχρι εμπνευσμένα κρεατικά! Αργότερα επιστρέφουμε ξανά για να κάνουμε... τσιν-τσιν με ένα ποτήρι καλό κρασί ή ένα cocktail από μια αρκετά … « ψαρωτική » λίστα που προτείνει και low alcohol συνταγές! Κι όλα αυτά υπό τους ήχους jazz, soul και funk μουσικής! Καθημερινά από τις 10:00- όσο πάει.

A UNIQUE GARDEN IN THE CITY CENTER
This special all day hotspot that is housed in a preserved neoclassical building on Iktinou walkway since June is the creation of three friends, Dina, Vassilis and Christos, who are well-known for the Cocktail Bar. Cin Cin impresses with its colonial style instantly … The walls with pistachio-green and light pink colours, the plants, the parrots and the pink flamingos combined with the custom made velvety couches, the vintage ceiling lights and the wooden floors make your imagination run wild and all of a sudden you think you are in a … cuban bar! Apart from its tropical design, what is also impressive is its bar … the first without counter and with a bartender that prepares drinks with his back turned … There are tables outside on the walkway and on its beautiful yard-one of the very few downtown- that wait for us from early in the morning with good coffee, brunch and a greek cuisine menu with a modern twist prepared by chef Kostas Tsiogias, whose creations range from rich salads and delicious risottos to imaginative meat dishes! Later in the day we are back to say …“ Cin Cin!” and drink a glass of good wine or a cocktail picked out of a … splendid list that includes low alcohol choices as well! Jazz, soul and funk sounds in the background give the final touch to a beautiful setting! Daily from 10:00- as late as it gets.
