Και αυτό χάρη στον ιδιοκτήτη και δημιουργό ... γεύσεων Λουίζο Συμεωνίδη , ο οποίος ξεσηκώνει την πολυσύχναστη Βογατσικού με χειροποίητα παγωτά σε 24 περίπου γεύσεις που φτιάχνονται καθημερινά στο παρασκευαστήριο εντός – σε μικρή παραγωγή , ώστε να είναι ολόφρεσκα και από αγνές ύλες εξαιρετικής ποιότητας ! Με επιτυχημένη και σταθερά ανοδική πορεία πολλών χρόνων , από το 1982 , με πίστη στην παράδοση , το ύφος και την ποιότητα , τα Βομβίδια , στη Νέα Αγορά Μοδιάνο , είναι στέκι φανατικών θαμώνων και θαυμαστών του ομώνυμου πιάτου αλλά και κομμάτι της cult ιστορίας της πόλης , γεγονός , άλλωστε , το οποίο αποδεικνύεται από τις πολλές φωτογραφίες που θα δείτε στους τοίχους ... Το ξεχωριστό όνομά του προέκυψε όταν , πριν από πολλά χρόνια , κάποιος από τους επώνυμους θαμώνες του , τρώγοντας τα φημισμένα , πλέον , ομώνυμα σουτζουκάκια – από μυστική συνταγή !– παρατήρησε ότι η γεύση τους είναι τόσο εκρηκτική , ώστε μοιάζουν με μικρές ... βόμβες ! VOMVIDIA With successful and steady upward course since 1982 , loyal to tradition , style and quality , the Vomvidia ( i . e . bomblets ) in the New Modiano Μarket , is a hang-out of fanatic frequenters and fans of the homonym dish and part of the cult history of the city . The many photographs hanging in its walls are proof of it . Its unique name arose , many years ago , when a famous habitué , while eating the well-known meatballs “ soutzoukakia ” – made of a secret recipe – observed that their taste is so explosive that they resemble to small … bombs ! This year it is quite bigger and fully renovated , maintaining off course its eclectic tastes ! Despite the fact that the favorite dish is first in the selection of the customers , the menu , however , keeps being developed on the common ground of quality and taste , adding new choices , such as lalia ’ s salad , haloumi and talagani as well as the veal steak .
