The Irish pubs are famous all over the world, mainly because of their hospitality, friendly character and direct, quality service. Dubliner, as its name suggests, couldn’t be an exception.The inspirers and creators of this idea, three Irish, Ken, Mike and Deirdre, having the absolute know how of this concept, wanted to offer something different to Greeks... in Greece.The venture took flesh a few months ago, in a large area of a historic building in Ladadika. Stylish environment, theme design,“back to roots” details in decoration, pieces of Irish history, the Snug private area (inspired by the snug rooms in the pubs in Ireland during the 70s and 80s), all reminding of a cla ssic Irish pub.We go there from early in the morning for coffee and breakfast –they serve full Irish breakfast, among Info: others– and as time goes by, we take, of course, beer from the large and exceptional variety (bottled and draft), as well as wines and drinks from the completely updated wine and alcohol list, with labels from all over the world. Of course, the show stopper is the menu, in which the Irish dishes are the pièce de résistance but it is actually a mix & match of flavours ending up in a very interesting international menu card.We liked the traditional steak & guiness pie, the fish & chips, sausage & mash as well as the very popular Dubliner monster platter small. Highlight: The events with live music every Thursday, Friday and Saturday as well as the all sporting events, with the 5 HD televisions broadcasting important athletic events from all over the world.
