Όσον αφορά πελάτες από αραβικά κράτη, ναι. Ειδικά στις ενοικιάσεις όπου
ενδιαφέρονται για πολυτελή ξενοδοχεία και για βίλες με μεγάλα δωμάτια.

Δεν θα πρέπει να βιάζονται ώστε να πάρουν τη σωστή απόφαση. Θα πρέπει
να εμπιστεύονται νόμιμους και εξειδικευμένους επαγγελματίες μεσίτες καθώς
και μηχανικούς και δικηγόρους στον νομικό, τεχνικό και πολεοδομικό έλεγχο.
Ποια θα είναι η εξέλιξη του real estate στη Μύκονο την επόμενη
δεκαετία;
Στην Ελλάδα της ύφεσης, στον μόνο τομέα που πρέπει να δώσουμε έμφαση
είναι ο τουρισμός, όχι ο μαζικός αλλά ο ποιοτικός. Μαζί με την επιμήκυνση
της τουριστικής περιόδου θα πρέπει να αναπτυχθεί και ο συνεδριακός, ο
επαγγελματικός τουρισμός, και βέβαια οι επαγγελματίες του χώρου θα πρέπει
να προσπαθούν ώστε να γίνονται συνεχώς καλύτεροι.

What is your forecast for the
development of real estate sec-
tor in Mykonos over the next
decade?
In the Greece of recession, the
only sector we should emphasize
on is tourism, not massive tour-
ism but quality tourism. Along
with the lengthening of the
tourism season, the conference
tourism, the professional tour-
ism should be developed, while
at the same time the profession-
als involved should make every
effort to constantly improve
themselves in every level.
