It is hard to imagine that back in 1967 a small tavern was serving fishermen who used to dock their fish boats nearby and the few tourists who used to approach the secluded Ornos beach by foot, in the place of this refined beach res- taurant. Without electricity, with ice arriving on donkeys and ingredients harvested from the garden of grandpa Anastasis, Konstan- tinos Zouganelis, α passionate cook in the kitchen, and his wife, Dimitra, at the service, started to create the most delicious pages of their Mykonian myth. A myth which contin- ues by their son Tasos, the third generation now on the steering wheel. Hence, Kostantis Restaurant consistently and steadily remains loyal to its philosophy, serving Greek cuisine, emphasizing on freshly caught fish and sea- food. As for its space, a well-designed setting at the beach, dressed up in white, with elegant lighting and nautical knots, seems like the natural extension of the golden beach… If we had to pick from its classic specialties, it would definitely be the grilled squid, the fish of the day grilled on barbeque as well as the legend- ary meat balls which are never absent from the menu… Surprise at the end: lukumades, doughnut-like sweet.
