Σε προνοµιακό σηµείο στο Παλιό Λιµάνι µε θέα στο Γιαλί
Τζαµισί, και µε ένα σκηνικό που ενισχύεται από τις παλ απο-
χρώσεις, την αίσθηση φρεσκάδας, τις µοντέρνες αλλά και ρε-
τρό πινελιές, το Arismari είναι µία από τις πιο αξιόλογες γα-
στρονοµικές προτάσεις της πόλης. «Aρισµαρί» µπορεί στην
ντοπιολαλιά να σηµαίνει «δενδρολίβανο», όµως σηµαίνει...
και πολλά παραπάνω, αφού την τιµητική του έχει ένα µενού
δηµιουργικής µεσογειακής και κρητικής κουζίνας, βασισµέ-
νο σε εξαιρετικές πρώτες ύλες και ευφάνταστους συνδυ-
ασµούς. Μας αρέσει επίσης πολύ η ψαγµένη οινική λίστα που
φέτος τη βρήκαµε ακόµα πιο ενηµερωµένη αποκλειστικά µε
ετικέτες ελληνικού αµπελώνα. Καθηµερινά (Απρ.-Οκτ.) από
τις 09:00 για πρωινό (η κουζίνα 11:00-01:00).
Seated on a privileged location at the Old Harbour, over-
looking the Giali Tsamisi and set against a setting intensi-
fied by the pale tones, the feeling of freshness, the modern
and retro touches, Arismari is one of the most noteworthy
gastronomic suggestions of the town. “Arismari” means
“rosemary” in the local tongue but also much, as the menu
celebrates the creative Mediterranean and Cretan cuisine
which is based on exceptional ingredients and fantastic
combinations. The eclectic wine list is one of our favorite
aspects, to be found further updated this year with labels
from the Greek vineyard. Daily (Apr.-Oct.) from 09:00 for
breakfast (11:00-:01:00 the kitchen)
