presents a fine menu where we are granted
the opportunity to taste traditional dishes,
seen through a modern creative eye and
with inspired combinations they propose
familiar and authentic flavors through a
different way. Fresh pasta, cold salads, tra-
ditional pizzas strictly prepared according to
the rules of the Italian recipes, fresh ravioli,
roasted mussels, risotto, shrimps on the
grill, freshly caught sea bass and sea bream,
spaghetti with sea urchin and Sicilian lobster
pasta, are some of the options. The long
wine list is oriented towards the Italian, the
Cretan and the Greek vineyard covering all
the known wine varieties for you to accom-
pany your meal or dinner with. Plus, hearty
breakfasts, Italian espresso, exceptionals ti-
ramisu and panna cotta (as all the desserts),
