Σε αυτό το cozy σπιτάκι τύπου αλπικού chalet, με τις μεγάλες τζαμαρίες απ’ όπου ρίχνουμε κλεφτές ματιές στις ελατοσκέπαστες κορυφές του Παρνασσού και στο Λιβάδι, ο Γιώργος και ο Λουκάς έχουν φτιάξει το ιδανικό « καταφύγιο » για να … ανακτήσουμε δυνάμεις! Δεν είναι τυχαίο ότι εδώ και 5 χρόνια φημίζεται για τα χορταστικά σουβλάκια( σπεσιαλιτέ είναι το μοσχαρίσιο γάλακτος) τυλιχτά ή σε μερίδες και τα μπιφτέκια του όλα από ντόπιο εκλεκτό κρέας, φρεσκοψημένα τη στιγμή της παραγγελίας. Δροσερές, πληθωρικές σαλάτες και χειροποίητα ορεκτικά συμπληρώνουν το γεύμα μας, ενώ καλό ντόπιο κρασί δεν πρέπει να λείπει από τα ποτήρια μας! Καθημερινά Ιαν.-Μάρ., τον υπόλοιπο χρόνο Παρ.-Κυρ. 12:00-00:00. TO SOUVLATZIDIKO In this cozy little house resembling a chalet in the Alps, with the large glass windows where we are able to watch the mountaintops of Parnassos filled with firs and the Livadi, Georgos and Lucas have made an ideal“ retreat” to relax! It is not by chance that for 5 years now it has been known for its fulfilling skewers( its specialty are the skewers made of veal meat) wrapped in bread or portioned and the beef from fine local meat, freshly grilled upon order. Cool, plethoric salads and handmade appetizers top up our lunch, while a good local wine could not be absent from our glasses! Daily January to March, and the rest of the year Fri.-Sun. 12:00-00:00.
