Δυνατός άνεμος ανανέωσης φύσηξε φέτος στο εστιατόριο του Ξενοδοχείου Αίγλη και είναι διάχυτος παντού, από την ανακαινισμένη επιβλητική σάλα του με τις classy λεπτομέρειες εμπνευσμένη από τις τυπικές πιτσαρίες της Τοσκάνης( υπογράφει η αναγνωρισμένη designer Lian Vermeer) μέχρι το μενού του, το οποίο δεν μπορεί να κρύψει... την αδυναμία του σε δημιουργικά πιάτα ζυμαρικών με ευφάνταστους συνδυασμούς και έμφαση στις εξαιρετικές πρώτες( και τοπικές) ύλες. Εξίσου προσεγμένη και η λίστα κρασιών με ετικέτες από τον ελληνικό αμπελώνα. Καθημερινά( high season) 14:00-23:00.
AEGLI Powerful wind of change has blown this year at the Aegli Hotel and is obvious everywhere, from its renovated hall with the classy details inspired by the typical pizzerias of Tuscany( bearing the signature of the renowned designer Lian Vermeer), up to its menu, which cannot hide … its soft spot for creative pasta dishes with imaginative combinations and an emphasis on the exceptional( and local) ingredients.
