Από το 1989, αυτή η οικογενειακή ταβέρνα (που
εκτείνεται σε 3 πατώµατα), δίπλα στο Λαογραφικό
Μουσείο, αποτελεί κλασική αξία. Επιλέγουµε
τραπέζι κοντά στο τζάκι ή την privé γωνιά στο
µπαλκονάκι και απολαµβάνουµε τις καλοµαγειρεµένες συνταγές του σεφ Σωκράτη. Ανάµεσα στις
σπεσιαλιτέ το µανιτάρι ψηµένο µε φορµαέλα, το
αρνάκι στη λαδόκολλα, αλλά και η κοκορόσουπα,
που δεν βρίσκουµε αλλού. Tip: Τα ζυµαρικά και ο
τραχανάς είναι δική τους παραγωγής («Γέννηµα

AGNANTIO Since 1989 this family tavern (3-storey
space) next to the Folklore Museum is an all-timeclassic. We choose a table by the fireplace or the
privé corner on the balcony and we enjoy the
well-cooked recipes of chef Sokratis. Specialties
include mushrooms grilled with formaella cheese,
lamb in parchment paper and of course the
rooster soup we cannot find elsewhere! Tip: They
produce the pasta and the trachanas themselves
