Με διάθεση για επιστροφή στις
ρίζες... το ολοκαίνουριο all day
café bar-resto ήρθε μέσα στον Δεκέμβριο να δώσει νέα πνοή στον
γραφικό πεζόδρομο, μετά την
Πλατεία Λάκκα. Το γωνιακό πέτρινο κτήριο μεταμορφώθηκε σε
έναν μοντέρνο speakeasy χώρο,
όπου πέτρα, μέταλλο, ξύλο και
δερμάτινες πινελιές «συνωμοτούν»
για ένα διαχρονικό αποτέλεσμα!
Ντυμένο σε γκρι αποχρώσεις και
με cozy γωνιές που έχουν θέα
στην περαντζάδα, μας καλωσορίζει από νωρίς για καφέ, πλούσιο
πρωινό (08:00-14:00) αλλά και
snacks καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια της
ημέρας, ενώ ξεχωριστό κεφάλαιο
αποτελούν τα πιάτα μοντέρνας,
«πειραγμένης» μεσογειακής κουζίνας. Δυνατά είναι τα burgers του,
οι ιδιαίτερες σαλάτες (ξεχωρίσαμε
τη χειμωνιάτικη), την ώρα που το
ριζότο με παντζάρι και το σιγομαγειρεμένο κότσι δεν μας άφησαν
ασυγκίνητους! Το βράδυ το
ενδιαφέρον μονοπωλεί η μπάρα,
όπου απολαμβάνουμε υπό τους
ήχους ατμοσφαιρικής μουσικής
cocktails με βάση κρασί, μαστίχα,
σαμπάνια αλλά και κονιάκ σε
signatured συνταγές, χωρίς να λείπουν τα κλασικά και αγαπημένα!

With a mood of going back to the roots... this brand new all day café bar-resto opened
up in December to give a breath of fresh air to the picturesque walkway, after Lakka
square. The corner stone building was transformed into a modern speakeasy place,
where the stone, the metal, the wood and leather touches all conspire to a timeless
result! Dressed in grey shades with cozy corners overlooking the walkway, welcomes
us from early in the morning, with rich breakfast (08:00-14:00) as well as snacks
throughout the day, while there is a whole new chapter of dishes of modern, “tampered” Mediterranean cuisine. It serves wonderful burgers, special salads (we liked the
“winter” one), while the beetroot risotto and the slow cooked shank are definitely well
worth the while! At night the central point of interest is the bar, where under the sounds
of atmospheric music we enjoy cocktails based on wine, mastic, champagne as well as
brandy in signature recipes, together of course with the classic and favourite ones! Stay
tuned for the Djs parties in the weekends! Daily from 08:30 (12:00-00:00 the kitchen).
Τip: Later this year they are going to have also a few tables out on the walkway!
