Από τις πίστες του snowboard (δεν ξεχνάμε τα δεκάδες
βραβεία στην τροπαιοθήκη του ως Πανελληνιονίκης) και
τα τερέν του τένις (το καινούριο του hobby), ο Αυγέρης Σεχρεμέλης έρχεται με τα σύνεργά του πίσω από την μπάρα
του δικού του Sehre και μας αποδεικνύει πως τα cocktails
δεν είναι μόνο καλοκαιρινό... άθλημα! Mετριόφρων, ταπεινός και πολύ αγαπητός σε όλους, δεν δηλώνει mixologist,
ούτε cockailάς – αν και πιστεύουμε πως δεν έχει να τους
ζηλέψει τίποτα! Δεν σταματάει να ενημερώνεται διαρκώς
πάνω στα νέα trends, να ζητά τις συμβουλές από αυθεντίες
στο είδος, κι έτσι να επιστρέφει κάθε σεζόν στη «βάση» του
με νέες εμπνευσμένες συνταγές, που μοιράζεται με τους
θαμώνες του Sehre... Η φετινή ενημερωμένη winter list
μας ενθουσίασε, ενώ η πρόσφατη ενασχόλησή του με το
κρασί είναι σίγουρο πως προμηνύει... εκπλήξεις!

forget the dozens of trophies he has won being a Greek champion)
and the tennis courts (his new hobby), Avgeris Sehremelis comes
with his tools behind the bar of his Sehre, and proves that cocktails
are not just a summer... sport! Modest, humble and very lovable to
all, doesn’t claim to be a mixologist or a cocktail master – although
we believe he has nothing to be jealous of! He keeps on updating
himself on new trends, asks for advice from the masters in the sector
and each season he returns at his base with new inspired recipes he
shares with the customers in Sehre... This year we were excited by the
updated winter list, while his recent hobby with wine is certain that
it promises... surprises!
