Εµβληµατικό ξενοδοχείο του Κεφαλαρίου, απένα-
ντι από το Άλσος, χτίστηκε το 1928, ενώ αρχικά
προβλεπόταν να λειτουργήσει ως ξενοδοχείο-
αναρρωτήριο. Ωστόσο, οι αρχές δεν το ενέκριναν,
οπότε ξεκίνησε και παραµένει ένα luxury hotel,
πραγµατικό στολίδι της περιοχής...

and it was initially planned to operate as
hotel-infirmary. The authorities, howerer,
didn’t approve that, so it started off and still
remains a luxury hotel, true gem in the area...
SEMIRAMIS
Το περίφηµο κηφισιώτικο ξενοδοχείο, που πρωταγωνιστούσε στις ταινίες
του ‘60, γέννηµα της µεγάλης τουριστικής ανάπτυξης που γνώρισε η
περιοχή τη δεκαετία του ’20. Πριν από τους Ολυµπιακούς του 2004, ο
ιδιοκτήτης του, Δάκης Ιωάννου, ανέθεσε την ανακαίνισή του στον διάσηµο
designer Karim Rashid, µε αποτέλεσµα σήµερα να είναι ένα γνήσιο design
hotel µε υψηλή αισθητική.
Τhe famous hotel in Kifisia , used as a setting in greek films
during the ’60s, was another creation of the great touristic
development in the area during the ’20s. Before the 2004
Olympics, its owner Dakis Ioannou, assigned its renovation to
the famous designer Karim Rashid. The result today is a genuine
design hotel with elaborate aesthetics.
