URBAN LEGENDS
Ένας από τους πιο διαδεδομένους μύθους, είναι αυτός για την Βί-
λα Καζούλη. Χτισμένη πάνω σε ένα τούρκικο νεκροταφείο, η Βίλα
συζητήθηκε πολύ και διαδόθηκε η φήμη ότι είναι στοιχειωμένη.
Δεν είναι λίγοι αυτοί που πιστεύουν ότι το βράδυ τα πνεύματα
ξυπνούν και... περιπλανώνται. Ο φόβος έγινε ακόμη πιο έντο-
νος, όταν διαπιστώθηκε η απουσία των δυο λιονταριών που
κοσμούσαν την είσοδό της! Πολλοί δεν πίστεψαν την εξήγηση
που δόθηκε, δηλαδή ότι είχαν μεταφερθεί για συντήρηση από
την διοίκηση του ΙΚΑ που είχε την ευθύνη τότε για το κτήριο, και
λόγω αυτών, ο μύθος διαδίδεται μέχρι και σήμερα.

THE KAZOULIS VILLA One of the most popular
legends is the one of Kazoulis Villa. Built on a Turkish
cemetery, the villa caused a lot of discussion. This is
how the rumours started, according to which the villa
was haunted. Some people believe that every night,
the spirits wake up and... linger in the villa. The fear
became even worse, when it was found that the two
sculpted lions adorning the entrance were missing!
Many people didn't believe the explanation given,
namely that the lions were taken for preservation
by the management of IKA (the Institute of Social
Insurance) that was responsible for the building back
then, and therefore the rumours continue till this day.
