UNIQUE CONCEPT
In a quiet alley in the centre of Nea Eri-
threa, there is a traditional residence in
a beautiful walled yard, where Michail
Mitsonis and Konstantina Mantzoura-
ni found the perfect spot to turn their
inspiration into action and create a
unique space with the purpose to make
it the ideal retreat of many artistic
and creative quests. Not only did they
manage to succeed, but also made
“Vissino” for the 4th consecutive year
an art workshop unique for the Greek
standards. With the longtime expe-
rience in the field of education, care
love and art perception, a qualified
team consisting of educators, cera-
mists, authors, archaeologists, visual
artists and, mainly, love for children
as its trump cards, Vissino is the place
where children become active, create,
experiment, and express themselves
in different levels by choosing to join
one of the small groups available (4-
25 years old). Experiential workshops,
painting, pottery , creative writing,
theatrical play classes, innovative
constructions and creative foreign
language learning are some of the ac-
tivities. HIGHLIGHT: The courses on
creative writing for adults for the 2nd
year are another exclusive innovation
of Vissino Art Place! In collaboration
with the renowned author Konstanti-
nos Piperis, we have the opportunity
to discover the magic of writing and to
delve into the art and and technique
of novels, poetry, literature and short
stories, with interaction as the main
element. EXTRA TIP: It organises
events and parties offering children
entertainment through art and
special art activities!
