WITH A RESPECT FOR THE HISTORY OF TRANOULIS FASHION HOUSE AND THEIR FATHER , THEODOROS , ANASTASIOS AND ATHENA HAVE REVIVED THE COMPANY BY FURTHER DEVELOPING ITS BRAND WITH INNOVATIVE IDEAS . WE MET WITH ATHENA AND TALKED ABOUT HER DECISION TO GET INVOLVED WITH THE COMPANY AND ITS NEW CAMPAIGN TITLED “ TAKE ME HOME ”.

Πόσα χρόνια ασχολείστε με τον οίκο μόδας ; Aπό την εφηβεία μου άρχισα με δειλά βήματα να γίνομαι μέρος του Οίκου Μόδας Τρανούλη . Έβλεπα τον πατέρα μου , Θεόδωρο Τρανούλη , να δημιουργεί μοναδικά κομμάτια υψηλής ραπτικής και με εντυπωσίαζε η αγάπη του για τη μόδα . Ο πατέρας μου , άλλωστε , ήταν εκείνος που με ώθησε στο σχέδιο και ο καλύτερος δάσκαλος που θα μπορούσα να έχω . Σας γεμίζει άγχος η ευθύνη να ασχολείστε με έναν οίκο που είναι τόσα χρόνια καθιερωμένος ; Ειλικρινά το μοναδικό άγχος που έχω είναι να ευχαριστώ την κάθε γυναίκα που μας εμπιστεύεται . Έχουμε μάθει να λειτουργούμε ομαδικά με σύμπνοια και αρμονία . Πού πιστεύετε ότι οφείλεται η μεγάλη φήμη που έχει δημιουργηθεί γύρω από τον οίκο σας ; Ο οίκος μας είχε πάντα πηγή έμπνευσης όλο το φάσμα του Άρχαίου Ελληνικού Κόσμου , με μια σύγχρονη πινελιά Άvant Garde και γενικότερα τα εμπνευσμένα κινήματα της ευρύτερης μοντέρνας τέχνης . Ξεχωρίζει επί 30 έτη στον χώρο της μόδας για την αδιαπραγμάτευτη ποιότητα των δημιουργιών , την αγάπη και τον θαυμασμό για τη γυναίκα που τις αναδεικνύει . « Φυσάει » νέος αέρας στον οίκο με τη δυναμική σας είσοδο . Τι περιμένουμε από εδώ και πέρα ; Ξεκινήσαμε με τον αδερφό μου , Άναστάσιο Τρανούλη , μία νέα καμπάνια με τον τίτλο “ ΤΆΚΕ ΜΕ ΗΟΜΕ ”, από την ανάγκη επιστροφής των αρχαίων μαρμάρων του Παρθενώνα στη γενέτειρά τους . Η σειρά Άthena by Tranoulis δεν είναι προς πώληση αλλά δημιουργήθηκε για να γίνει μέρος της παγκόσμιας μόδας και για να προστεθεί μαζί με άλλες φωνές στη διάδοση αυτής της αρπαγής που μετράει 200 χρόνια . Τα μελλοντικά μας σχέδια είναι ουσιαστικά και δομημένα και οι στόχοι μας υψηλοί .

Η Άθηνά Τρανούλη γεννήθηκε το 1981 στην Άθήνα και από τότε που θυμάται τον εαυτό της η μόδα ήταν μέρος της ζωής της . Άποφοίτησε από τη ΧΕΝ και επίσης σπούδασε Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων στο Saint George College .
Athena Tranouli was born in 1981 in Athens and from a very young age fashion was a part of her life . She graduated from XEN and she also studied Business Management at the Saint George College .

How many years are you involved with the fashion house ? When I was a teenager , I started to become involved with Tranoulis fashion house . I saw my father , Theodoros Tranoulis , creating unique haute couture pieces and I was truly impressed with his love for fashion . After all , it was my father who encouraged me to start designing and he was indeed the best teacher I could ever have . Are you stressed by the many responsibilities that come with the fashion house ’ s long history ? The only thing that stresses me is to not forget to thank all these women that put their trust in us . We have learnt to work together as a team with solidarity and harmony . What factor played the most important role in the gain of enormous reputation of your fashion house ? Our fashion house has always had a great amount of inspiration flowing from the Greek Ancient World , modern Avant Garde and modern art . For 30 years now it has been standing out in the fashion industry due to the non-negotiable quality of its creations and the love and admiration for women who wear them . A wind of change is blowing in the fashion house with your strong entry . What should we expect from now on ? With my brother , Anastasios Tranoulis , we launched a new campaign titled “ ΤΑΚΕ ΜΕ ΗΟΜΕ ”, inspired by the demand for return of the ancient Parthenon marbles to their home country . Athena by Tranoulis collection is not for sale ; it was created in order to become part of the international fashion scene and to be added to the other campaigns that have been launched due to this seizure that goes back 200 years . Our future plans are carefully structured and we aim high .
