Σε ένα πλακόστρωτο δρομάκι, σε μια «γειτονιά» στην Κηφι-
σιά, το Bronco, που φέτος κλείνει 8 χρόνια παρουσίας και επι-
τυχίας, κατάφερε να κάνει το σημείο τόπο συνάντησης και να
δημιουργήσει πιάτσα. Χάρη σε αυτό, η περιοχή απέκτησε ιδιαί-
τερη ταυτότητα και ξεκίνησε μια νέα εποχή για τη διασκέδαση
στην Κηφισιά ενώ ήταν αυτό που έδωσε... έμπνευση σε ιδέες
και προσπάθειες νέων επιχειρηματιών, ανανεώνοντας τελικά
τον χαρακτήρα της περιοχής και να την κάνει... προορισμό! Στο
cozy εσωτερικό του, που θυμίζει αμερικανικό Νότο, η μέρα
έχει άρωμα καφέ, ενώ το βράδυ απολαμβάνουμε μπύρες από
όλο τον κόσμο, ψαγμένα cocktails και πολλές επιλογές από
την ενημερωμένη κάβα, και αυτά σε ένα περιβάλλον χαλαρό
και φιλικό με εξαιρετικό σέρβις, καλές τιμές και εκπληκτικές
μουσικές... ό,τι δηλαδή χρειάζεται ένα στέκι! Ο εμπνευστής και
δημιουργός του Χρήστος Γάκιας και η ομάδα του «τηρούν» τη
σαφή φιλοσοφία και την αυθεντική φιλοξενία που πρωτοσυ-
στήθηκε το Bronco αλλά παράλληλα υποστηρίζουν τη συνεχή
εξέλιξη. Έτσι, ο κόσμος πήρε το Bronco Bar από το... χέρι και
από τότε περπατάνε παρέα. Και αυτό είναι η μεγάλη του επιτυ-
