Η επιτυχημένη ομάδα του Zambri εγκαινίασε φέτος, τον
Δεκέμβρη, το De Sxara mamas kouzina στη γειτονική
Αγ. Τρύφωνος. Ο επιβλητικός ψηλοτάβανος χώρος του,
που ισορροπεί ανάμεσα σε ένα cozy και cosmopolitan
ύφος, ξεχωρίζει για το πρωτότυπο cathedral design
του, με κρεμαστά σχοινιά από την κορυφή να κερδίζουν
τις εντυπώσεις! Όπως υπονοεί και το όνομά του, εδώ
η έμφαση δίνεται σε ένα steak station με λιχουδιές στη
σχάρα, αλλά και στη μαμαδίστικη κουζίνα, με τον πολλά
υποσχόμενο chef Σταύρο Σκαρπινάκη στο τιμόνι της...
Από τη μια οι λάτρεις της κρεατοφαγίας απολαμβάνουν
εκλεκτά πιστοποιημένα κρέατα (από ένα ζουμερό κοντο-
σούβλι, μια σπαλομπριζόλα 33 μηνών ωρίμανσης, μέχρι
μια λαχαριστή Tomahawk), ενώ οι fans των μαγειρευτών
βρίσκουν καθημερινά γύρω στις 10 σπιτικές προτάσεις
(12:00-18:00). Το μενού συμπληρώνουν πληθωρικές
σαλάτες, χειροποίητες πατάτες... στο τσουκάλι και ιδιαί-
τερα ορεκτικά, με το αλμυρό παγωτό χωνάκι να έρχεται
ήδη πρώτο στις προτιμήσεις! Μια ενημερωμένη λίστα με
πάνω από 20 ετικέτες ελληνικού αμπελώνα και η cocktail
list του συνοδεύουν ένα λουκούλλειο γεύμα… Καθημε-
ρινά 12:00-01:00.

The successful team of Zambri dedicated De Sxara mamas kouzina
this year in December on Aghiou Triphonos. Its grand high-ceiling
space that balances between a cozy and cosmopolitan style stands
out due to its original cathedral design with the hanging ropes steal-
ing the limelight! As its name reveals, the emphasis is put on a stake
station with grilled delicacies and mama’s kitchen with the promising
chef Stavros Skarpinakis in charge… On one hand, meat lovers get to
enjoy prime certified meat choices (from juicy Kontosouvli and strip
steaks of 33 months of ageing process to delicious Tomahawks),
while casseroles fans find daily about 10 homemade dishes to
choose from (12:00-18:00). The menu is completed by rich salads,
handmade potatoes…in the pot and special appetizers with the salty
ice-cream being at the top of the preference list! An updated list of
more than 20 labels of greek wines and its cocktail list are the per-
fect accompaniments… Daily 12:00-01:00.
