Η ομάδα του και ο ίδιος δίνουν καθημερινά το « παρών » στην open cuisine, όπου δημιουργούν ανάμεσα σε άλλα μοναδικά sushi rolls, maki, nigiri, sashimiplatters με akami, καθώς και αρκετές επιλογές για vegetarians. Εδώ το sashimi έχει την τιμητική του, με τον αστακό και τα λευκόσαρκα ψάρια να πρωταγωνιστούν. Καθημερινά( εκτός Δευτ.) 20:00-02:00( και Κυριακή μεσημέρι buffet στο Βar club restaurant OMU).

Its new dishes are Japan-oriented and are the creations of new executive chef Andy Lay who puts great emphasis on high-quality products and techniques that give a boost to flavors. He and his team are daily in the open cuisine, where they create sushi rolls, maki, nigiri, sashimi platters with akami and many dishes for vegetarians among others.
