into a unique experience in its elegant space! From early in the
morning you can taste fragrant coffees accompanied by flavorful
choices when it comes to breakfast and brunch, while later during
the day an updated tasty menu of Italian cuisine prepared by chef
Michalis Ntounetas and sue chef’s Lazarou Mentes will impress
you! The sweets of Dolce Soleto, the little “brother” of Soleto
located right next to it, have managed to stand out, while at the
same time the lovers of Japanese cuisine will have the opportuni-
ty to taste excellent dishes. Only extra virgin olive oil and organic
eggs and vegetables are used, which are produced in the organic
farm of the owner in Spetses. Last but not least, the refreshing
tasty cocktails at the bar or outdoors accompanied by the sounds
of mainstream music are a must. The private parking is a plus for

Έχει καταφέρει όλα αυτά τα χρόνια να
είναι το αγαπημένο spot της Γλυφάδας
και όχι άδικα αφού στον κομψό χώρο
του κάθε στιγμή της ημέρας είναι ξεχω-
ριστή! Από νωρίς το πρωί μπορείτε να
γευτείτε αρωματικούς καφέδες συνοδεία
γευστικών προτάσεων για breakfast
και brunch, ενώ όσο περνάει η ώρα, τη
σκυτάλη παίρνει το νόστιμο ανανεωμένο
μενού ιταλικής κουζίνας υπό την επιμέ-
λεια του chef Μιχάλη Ντουνέτα και του
sous chef Λάζαρου Μεντέ! Ξεχωριστή
θέση έχουν και τα γλυκά από το Dolce
Soleto, το μικρό “αδερφάκι” του Soleto
που βρίσκεται ακριβώς δίπλα, ενώ ταυτό-
χρονα οι λάτρεις της ιαπωνικής κουζίνας
θα γευτούν εξαιρετικά πιάτα. Ξεχωρίζει
γιατί χρησιμοποιεί extra παρθένο ελαι-
όλαδο, βιολογικά αυγά και λαχανικά τα
οποία προέρχονται από το βιολογικό
κτήμα της ιδιοκτήτριας στις Σπέτσες, ενώ
must θεωρούνται τα γευστικά δροσιστι-
κά cocktails του, γύρω από την μπάρα
ή στον προαύλιο χώρο υπό τους ήχους
