The innovative idea of Stratos Drakoulis, who al-
tered the standards and created an avant-garde
butcher-shop-deli (not dutcher shop and deli!)initi-
ating people in an advanced form of meat eating of
the most exclusive kind from around the world (Ja-
pan, Australia, Argentina, Uruguay, Europe) in var-
ious cuts (short ribs, picanha, sirloin etc.)! This year
the Dry & Raw by Drakoulis was introduced to the
fans of extraordinary delights, a luxury treatment
restauroom in the cellar of the butchery. An ode to
meat-eating with choices from the refrigerators of
the shop for a meal accompanied by a series of side
dishes, fine wines and spirits. Daily 08:00-21:00.
Dry & Raw daily 12:00-00:00.

Είναι μια πρωτοποριακή ιδέα του Στράτου
Δρακούλη, ο οποίος ανέτρεψε τα δεδομένα
και δημιούργησε ένα avant-garde κρεοπω-
λείο-deli (όχι κρεοπωλείο και deli!) μυώντας
το κοινό σε μια… προηγμένη κρεατοφαγία,
με τα πιο exclusive είδη από όλο τον κόσμο
(Ιαπωνία, Αυστραλία, Αργεντινή, Ουρουγου-
άη, Ευρώπη) και σε διάφορες κοπές (short
ribs, picanha, sirloin κ.ά.)! Φέτος σύστησε
στους λάτρεις των ιδιαίτερων απολαύσε-
ων το Dry & Raw by Drakoulis, ένα luxury
treatment restauroom στο κελάρι του κρε-
οπωλείου. Μια ωδή στην κρεατοφαγία με
επιλογές απευθείας από τα ψυγεία του κατα-
στήματος, που θα συνοδεύσετε με μια σειρά
από side dishes και εκλεκτά κρασιά και απο-
