Μ’ ένα όνομα που αποτίει φόρο τιμής στη θρυλική Quinta της Φωκίωνος Νέγρη η σύγχρονη στη Σαρρή έγινε η αιτία για να επιστρέψουμε στου Ψυρρή. Το νέο all day στέκι εντυπωσιάζει από τον Οκτώβρη με τον χώρο του, συνδυάζοντας τη λιτή μοντέρνα αισθητική του με την επιβλητικότητα του νεοκλασικού κτηρίου του 1923 στο οποίο στεγάζεται( επιμελήθηκαν τη διακόσμηση και την ανακαίνιση του χώρου οι Άρτεμις Γρύμπλα και Γιώργος Σύρμας). Vintage έπιπλα, αναπαλαιωμένες βιεννέζικες καρέκλες, γύψινες ροζέτες και τσιμεντένια πλακάκια παντρεύονται αρμονικά και δημιουργούν ένα φιλόξενο και σπιτίσιο περιβάλλον. Οι θαμώνες του μαγαζιού, ανάμεσά τους και πολλοί ηθοποιοί, απολαμβάνουν από το πρωί καφέ και brunch στην κρυφή εσωτερική αυλή του μαγαζιού, συνεχίζοντας μέχρι αργά με το ιταλικών επιρροών μενού του chef Χρήστου Τσακιρίδη. Το βράδυ την τιμητική του έχει το μπαρ με τα signature cocktails και τη λίστα από κυκλαδίτικα κρασιά μικρών οινοποιών βιολογικής καλλιέργειας. Καθημερινά 11:00-όσο πάει( έως 01:00 η κουζίνα).

Ένας απ’ αυτούς είναι και η νέα boulangerie του ομίλου Andronis, η οποία άνοιξε κάτω από τις τέσσερις υπέροχες σουίτες του επίσης ολοκαίνουριου Andronis Athens. Αν και διαθέτει μικρό χώρο, δεν λείπουν μοντέρνες πινελιές και mild βιομηχανικά στοιχεία όπως τα σιδερένια τραπεζάκια και stands. Παίζοντας με τα … feelings, το Ifeel δίνει μεγάλη έμφαση στον καλό καφέ, σερβίρει πρωινό και ιδιαίτερα σάντουιτς, ενώ η κάρτα του προτείνει μεσογειακά easygoing tapas. Καθημερινά 08:00-01:00. Although tiny, not missing are the modern touches and the mild industrial elements such as the iron tables and stands. Paying tribute to the legendary Quinta of Fokionos Negri Street with its name, the modern version on Sarri street has become the reason to return to Psyrri. The new all-day hangout impresses since October with its space, combining a simplistic modern aesthetic with an impressive neoclassic building of 1923 in which it is housed( the decoration and renovation was designed by Artemis Grimbla and Giorgos Syrmas). Vintage furniture, restored Viennese chairs, plaster rosettes and concrete tiles are merged together harmoniously to create a hospitable and homey environment. The store’ s regulars, amongst them many actors, enjoy their morning coffee or brunch in the hidden interior patio, continuing until the evening with a menu influenced by Italian cuisine by chef Christos Tsakiridis. In the evening, the bar celebrates its signature cocktails and its list with wines by organic micro-wineries from the Cycladic islands. Daily 11:00-as late as it gets( the kitchen until 01:00). |
