Dr. Frank Tonrey is a board certified anesthesiologist through the American Board of Anesthesiology. He has been board certified in both anesthesiology and emergency medicine for the past 25 years. His current practice
in the Dallas / Plano area includes vascular, bariatric, and general surgical
anesthesia. Prior to moving to the Dallas / Fort Worth area with his family
in 1999, his experience included practicing in various healthcare delivery systems, such as the United States Public Health Service, the United States Indian
Health Service, the British Healthcare System and private group practice.
Dr. Tonrey has been president of the New Mexico Society of Anesthesiologists and is an active member of the American Medical Association, the Texas
Medical Association, the Texas Society of Anesthesiologists, and the Collin
County Medical Association.
He and his wife currently reside in Plano, Texas near his three grown children.
