Dr. Malladi not only leads DFW in personal patient care,
she is one of the most skilled and well-trained surgeons.
It all started at J.J. Pearce High School when she graduated as valedictorian and went on to Stanford University as
a Presidential Scholar. Next, she attended the University of
Texas Southwestern Medical School and graduated first in
her class. There she received the Ho Din Award, an honor given to graduating senior who embodies the “spirit of
medical wisdom and human understanding.” Dr. Malladi
then returned to the west coast specializing in surgery at
UCLA, and she conducted a two year research fellowship
at Stanford. Finally, she underwent fellowship training in
minimally-invasive general and bariatric surgery at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago.
“I’ve studied and trained all over the country but am so
excited to be practicing in Dallas, my home,” says Dr. Malladi.
