The seasonal flu vaccine is recommend- ed for all children with asthma Fight germs and infections by washing hands often, teach your child and every- one in the family about the importance of good hand hygiene, washing hands with soap and water or hand sanitizer. Make sure you and your child get the flu shot as soon as it is available. Encourage your child to eat a healthy diet and get plenty of fresh air and exercise.
