we have qualified EMT’s, who provide advanced medical care and ambulance transport support in the community, along with both Doctors and Nurses who volunteer their time at major events, such as International Race Weekend, Annual Agricultural Exhibition, Bermuda End- to-End, and the May 24th Bermuda Day Marathon.

Our full fleet along with uniformed volunteers participated in the 2015 Bermuda parade. Our annual St. John Ambulance tag day was held in June followed by our formal St. John Day Church Service at the Cathedral and Award Ceremony at Government House.

Bermuda is the host country for the America’s Cup with the first major sailing event to be held in October 2015 and St John Ambulance, Bermuda will be providing medical coverage and ambulance transport at the various events.

In July 2015, our Training Officer along with other St. John Ambulance instructors certified twelve Bermuda Police Personnel as Instructor Trainers for the Bermuda Police Service in-house First Aid training.

Our dedicated volunteers are the back bone of St John Ambulance, Bermuda and are a major factor in ensuring our ongoing existence. We extend them our sincere appreciation and gratitude for their service and commitment.

We rely on the ongoing support and donations from event organizers along with both corporate and individual donors and thank each and everyone who have supported St John Ambulance, Bermuda. In addition, through a team effort we continue to organize fundraising events throughout the year to assist in meeting our financial obligations and training objectives.

As a key charitable healthcare organization, we work closely with all essential services to maintain and support a healthy relationship.

• To offer volunteer programs open to all members of the public.

• To provide individuals an option to defer from the Bermuda Regiment as a part of their regimental three-year service.
