Automated Listings
• New listings will automatically receive a listing ad campaign approximately 48 hours after receiving the data feed from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices .
• Ads will be shown to potential homebuyers within a 15-mile radius of the listing , city , or state on social media , and premium websites — both on desktop and mobile .
• An email is sent to the administrative lead with the ad that has been automatically created . You will be given 24 hours to review , edit and add or modify information . If you take no action , the ad will automatically start running after 24 hours from the time the email was sent .
• An email with campaign results is sent by the system . You can receive this email daily , weekly , or not at all . You can also access the dashboard to view and share the reports with your seller .
• Allows you to enable sellers to see their own home listing ads while browsing the web and receive ad campaign reporting . With the targeting in place via the seller ’ s email address , sellers will see their listing and their sales professional on the platforms and websites they frequently visit . This can also be automated for your office through your transaction management provider .
