From the Chairman of the Foundation

The sevenoaks school foundation was formed in 2004 to support the advancement of Sevenoaks School today and into the future . Over the past decade , the Foundation has supported the development of outstanding new facilities for Sevenoaks School , including The Sennocke Centre in 2005 and The Space performing arts centre in 2010 . More recently the Foundation has sought to widen access and increase diversity by funding the provision of bursaries and establishing an endowment . None of these initiatives would have been possible without the encouragement , support and commitment of the entire school community .

The Foundation is overseen by a board of Trustees which includes current and former parents and Old Sennockians , who work in close partnership with the School Governors and senior staff to determine strategic priorities . The school vision statement , Horizon 2020 , sets out an ambitious plan to continue to provide an exceptional education for students , and to develop in them the knowledge , understanding and confidence to become successful , reflective and compassionate citizens of the world .
The support of Old Sennockians , parents and friends of the school is fundamental to achieving this vision for students today and generations to come . 2032 will mark the 600th anniversary of William Sevenoke ’ s bequest which founded Sevenoaks School . As this significant milestone in the school ’ s history approaches , the Foundation Trustees believe it is the right time to establish an endowment , to provide the school with the security and financial independence required to remain at the forefront of education today and into the future .
With your help we can make this vision for Sevenoaks School a reality .
