Rules: 1. All entries must have been grown by amateur exhibitors. 2. Only one entry may be made by an exhibitor in each class. Different varieties in a class may be entered( ex. Different varieties of coleus). 3. Entries may have some foliage. Leaves not to touch water. 4. Entries must be identified by class name, and by variety name. 5. Entries may be 1 to 3 stems.

Rules: 1. All potted specimens must have been in the amateur exhibitor ' s possession for at least 3 months. 2. Only one entry per class by an exhibitor may be entered but different varieties of a specimen may be entered. 3. Each entry will be judged for its cultural perfection and beauty. 4. Containers should be clean and neat in appearance and will be judged as part of exhibit. 5. Plants must be potted in a size proportionate container. 6. All entries should be top dressed so planting medium is covered.
