ADULT TABLE SETTING CONTEST

RULES: 1. Table Settings must be put into place on Sept. 20 between 10:00 and 2:00. 2. Each exhibit must have a theme( birthday, holiday, football party, etc.) and a suitable menu. Menu and theme should be written or typed and placed with the table setting( frame, etc).
3. All items to be used for table setting and arrangements are to be brought and set up at one time. Lightweight items should be taped down.
4. Participants will be provided a 24” x 24” table space for each setting. Only one place setting will be allowed on each table. Participants are required to furnish their own tablecloths as well as all other items: placemats, china, flatware, glassware, etc.( paper products may be used as appropriate). 5. Participants will be the ONLY persons allowed in the table setting area. 6. All exhibits will be placed in a roped off area. However, the fair association cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages to property.
