BENTON COUNTY FAIR MENTOR PROGRAM
We have exciting news that will benefit Benton County Fair exhibitors of all ages. With multiple exhibitors reaching out with ideas to make our fair bigger and better for the next generation, it has helped develop the Mentor / Mentee program. This program is designed for our seasoned fair exhibitors to become Mentors for the next generation of leaders at our county fair while teaching them to have fun in the process. The fair week can be overwhelming for first-time families and young exhibitors, but seasoned participants look forward to it every year. Young exhibitors shouldn ' t navigate the busy schedule alone. Daily interactions between mentors and mentees will create lasting relationships vital for the future of the Benton County Fair, offering community service opportunities for mentors and teaching mentees
