2025 BENTON COUNTY FAIR GENERAL RULES & REGULATIONS
1. The Benton County Fair Board reserves the right to construe its own rules and to determine all matters of difference thereto.
2. All announcements of programs and rules are subject to change and the Board reserves the right to make such changes.
3. Entry deadlines will be adhered to. Scheduled event times are subject to change. Please confirm with department superintendents upon check in.
4. Each exhibitor will be responsible for their exhibit under the supervision of the superintendent in charge.
5. No claim to injury of any person or property shall be asserted, no suit instituted or maintained against the Benton County Fair, its officers or their agents, on behalf of any person, firm or corporation, representatives, servants, or employees having license of privilege to exhibit at the Benton County Fair or occupy space.
6. All exhibitors must be an ACTIVE Benton County 4-H or FFA member in Good Standing at the time of nomination / entry as well as time of the fair BY ENTERING ANY PROJECTS IN THE BENTON COUNTY FAIR IN ARKANSAS, YOU MUST ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE NOT AND WILL NOT EXHIBIT ANY PROJECTS( LIVESTOCK, CRAFTS, CANNED GOODS ETC.) IN ANY OTHER COUNTY FAIR IN THIS CALENDAR YEAR. Open exhibitors must be Benton County residents at time of nomination as well as the fair.
9. Each livestock exhibit must remain in place until Saturday following the awards assembly or until released by the superintendent. Exhibit Hall entries must remain in place until release on Sunday Afternoon from 1 to 3 pm. Failure to comply with the requirements will bar said exhibitor from any premium which may have been awarded by the judges in any department of the fair.
10. Parking vehicles inside the gates of the fairgrounds will not be allowed from 8am until 10pm. Those parked in this area will be towed at the owner’ s expense. Trailers must be parked in designated areas only.
11. No smoking will be allowed in any exhibit building or barn for safety, health and fire prevention reasons.
12. No dogs are allowed on the fairgrounds. Exception is for service dogs.
13. No 4-wheelers, gators or golf carts are to be driven on the fairgrounds unless by authorized fair personnel.
14. No skateboards, scooters or wheelies( skate shoes) allowed.
15. No firearms allowed.
16 The official age of exhibitor is based on the first day of the fair.

7. The decisions of judges shall be final.
8. All protests must be in writing to the president of the Benton County Fair Board accompanied by an affidavit setting forth the grounds for protesting accompanied by a $ 100 cash or certified check within 24 hours of the occasion for such protest.
