14. Definition of gates a. W / T / C- Walk, Trot, Canter b. Walk – Brisk, true flat-footed with good reach c. Normal Trot – 2-beat at medium speed with moderate collection. Must be mannerly, cadenced, balanced and free moving.( post required in English) d. Canter – 3-beat, faster and stronger, lengthened stride, collection correct and straight on both leads.
Horse Show Classes Halter Classes- Grand Champion Fit and Confirmation – Top 2 horses out of classes 1-4. If you place in the top two of classes 1-4 – Please come back in for Grand and Reserve. No pre registry or registration fee will apply for Grand and Reserve Fit and Confirmation Halter Horse. A Grand and Reserve Grand will be awarded.
