3 . State Fair Pageant ; 1 ) Jr Queen and Miss winners will be required to compete at the State Fair Pageant on Oct . 4 ( Jr Queen ) and Oct . 5 ( Miss ) 2 ) All other contests winners are encouraged to go to the Arkansas State Fair
Pageant on October 13 , 2024 . 4 . Audience Favorite competition will be held throughout the pageant . You are welcome to pre-collect votes and bring money with you the day of , these are $ 1.00 per vote . a . Audience Favorite competition does NOT have any deciding factor in the overall winner .
